By the end of Q1 2025, Pyramid 2020 releases will be considered fully end of life as extended support ends. Pyramid’s support team will take no further tickets for this version after March 31st 2025 and no fixes will be provided for any issues relating to Pyramid 2020 after this date.

It is recommended that any Pyramid 2020 deployments be upgraded to either the latest versions of Pyramid 2023 or Pyramid 2024 LTS (the long term support version). Since Pyramid 2023 is near end of support as well, Pyramid 2024 is highly recommended.

Pyramid 2025 will be released by the end of Q1 2025, which is another upgrade option. Of course, customers can upgrade to Pyramid 2024 LTS and then to Pyramid 2025 at a future date.
