Pyramid Community Weekly Wrap Up - Dec 13th (Friday)
Dear Community,
User Meetups are our big focus for 2025, and we’re excited to announce that the first registration pages will be going live next week—stay tuned! User Groups are just one building block. In my experience over the past 10+ years, the most successful implementations always have a solid foundation in internal training, best practice sharing, and ongoing evolution of the solution. We're here to support those efforts in any way we can!
Here are a few simple ideas to get you started:
- Do you already have an internal FAQ, or are you thinking about creating one?
- Get your users trained—our Learning Hub is a great resource, and may be introduce mentoring for new starters.
- Celebrate and recognize certifications—it's a great way to motivate and acknowledge your team's growth!
- Host regular "Show and Tell" sessions where users can share their experiences and ask questions.
- Run internal user groups to make using the solution fun and social (we’re happy to support you in this).
- Organize a hackathon to improve an existing report or tackle a special topic together.
- Encourage your Key Users to join our Community, where they can ask questions, share insights, and get inspired.
If you need help getting these initiatives off the ground, reach out to your Customer Success Manager! They’ll set up a call with me, and I’d be happy to discuss your current initiatives and help you build a stronger internal community. It's not as scary as it sounds—just a bit of effort now will make things much easier in the future!
Speaking of scary, it’s Friday the 13th—perfect time to watch a spooky movie! If you're not sure what to watch, our past Explore Challenge might help you pick the right one for the evening. And keep an eye out for our new challenges, coming soon in a refreshed, shorter format!
Warm regards,
Your Community Team
