Learning Hub Update: New Learning Path Guide & Certification Options 

The Training & Education Team have now completed all functional training courses around Pyramid 2023; with the release of Model Advanced 2023. Alongside these ongoing releases, we have also been working on a major content update for the Learning Hub which we are now proud to release onto the platform. This will improve the User Experience for customers and partners and should help more users to gain valuable experiences with Pyramid. This update is based on feedback from various customers and partners and improves the way we organize and structure our training content. What’s included: 

Upgraded Learning Path Guide 

• Some customer feedback asked for a clearer way to find the right training path on the Learning Hub. The new Learning Path Guide now has an updated visual classification to help users find suitable training content. It includes interactive Learning Paths; based on license type, the role of the user and more. The Guide gives the user an easier access to the right training content and we strongly encourage all signed users to start their journey with this Guide. Please check out the Guide and promote it to your customers. 

Added new Level 1 Role-based certifications 

• Replaces individual Level 1 assessments to streamline certification process and encourage faster enablement and training for our Partners. More information can be found on the certification page. 

New Certification Option: Level 1 & 2 Business Modeler 

• We have now added a fourth Level 2 Certification adding to the three Existing Paths (Data Modeler, Data Analyst, Admin). The new Level 2 Business Modeler- adds use cases around Tabulate to the training and allows users to show their proficiency in Business Modeling- we would encourage you to promote this path with every customer or prospect that is thinking  about adding Tabulate/Solve. 
  NOTE: If you have already passed a Level 2 certification and want to proceed to Level 3 by the end of Q2-24. Let us know so we can help you to proceed. After July1st, all users will need to take the Pyramid 2023 content to proceed to a Level 3
