How to upgrade Pyramid 2020 to the latest version

  1. Backup the underlying Pyramid 2020 content database
  2. Download the latest installer from https://www.pyramidanalytics.com/download
  3. Run the downloaded installer on all Pyramid 2020 Machines in the deployment, one at a time.
  4. Once all servers have been upgraded, try to log in and perform basic tests.
