Build 2020.02.078 and MS SQL Server Repository

A problem has been found in build 2020.02.078 with certain versions of MS SQL Server when it is used as the repository.

A hotfix has been issued and included in the latest bits that can be downloaded from the customer portal. A simple upgrade to the latest version (2020.02.079 or later) will correct the issue.
