How to apply borders, based on grouped columns
We tried to apply border, based on vertically grouped column. Specifically, we need to apply the border like the following image. The main column contains three child columns. We can apply the border on all grid. How to remove Expenses, Sales, Cost column border?

To change border settings for a specific column please select the wanted column and then chose the wanted settings from the ribbon as shown in the image below

To add to this for your specific example the best way to approach this is to remove the existing grid by selecting 'None' then select the 'Expense' column and select the 'Left' option (as this is the column you logically want the line to be the left of), for completeness you could do the same and select 'Right' while having the 'Cost' column selected.
which will give you the desired result.

I've tried all the option but somehow im unable to add the line and delete line for specific columns.
if i remove one line its impact in another cells.
Please help me on this.

without knowing the exact use case above, Im assuming that when you apply a grid line (or other formatting) to a parent member it affects its children. If you look at my formatted grid below
I achieved this by clearing all the grid lines and putting a line to the left of the 'Cost' column and a line to the right of the 'Margin' column , I also colored the 'Margin' column grey. Finally I select the Australia row and put a border at the top. Which gives the formatted grid shown
However I believe you may have tried to format a member above the column first entry (the measures in my example) so if I select the Accessories column in my example you can see how it selects all the columns it contains, therefore if I now try and select a line or another formatting option it will affect these columns
if I select left on the grid element it will apply a left border to each of the columns below it, as shown below
I hope this explains what you might be experiencing and how the selection of the order of grid elements and their location in the rows and columns also add to this

I have implemented the same style, however, the client is requesting borders to be incorporated in all the marked areas as outlined in yellow color below. I have considered the hierarchy's impact on the borders, and upon implementation, it appeared visually not good in the Presentation dashboard. Kindly advise if there are alternative solutions available, or if this could be considered an enhancement, or if it may not be feasible altogether.
