There is currently a time intelligence data processing wizard in the Modeling tool - which is designed to build out all the standard time calculations at the data-grain level, A calculated time intelligence wizard for creating custom calculations (like in BI OFFICE) is currently under development.

The Time Intelligence task in the Model tool only appears to create additional date part columns based on a date (so, creating columns for Year, Month, Quarter, Quarter Start, etc.)  Is it supposed to do anything other than that?  Or is that what you are considering "standard time calculations at the data-grain level"?
