Column chart: data labels inside/outside & text direction

Hi,

I created a column chart in Pyramid 2018. how can I put the data labels outside the column? And can I change the text direction to horizontal?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Rutger Lammers.

    Hello Rutger,

Unfortunately, it didn't make it to the Feb 2018 release, but it is expected soon.

    Kind Regards,
    Yakov.

      Hi,

Bumping this topic as it's a critical feature for my work. The inability to rotate data labels is a major design limitation I constantly face, especially with column and bar charts.

When I create a chart with many categories, the horizontal labels always overlap, making my visualization cluttered and unreadable. This forces me to either remove the labels entirely, losing valuable info, or to make the visual impractically wide.

I believe the ideal solution would be to add an "Orientation" property to the Data Labels formatting options. I'm looking for options like Vertical and Angled (45°).

This is a standard feature in most other BI tools I've used, and it's essential for creating professional dashboards.

      Thanks
