If you encounter issues with this feature not displaying correctly for an IMDB within your environment’s cluster,

follow these steps to resolve the problem:

Ensure that the data source connection name matches the file server's address name, in the server instances table. Here's how:

1. Verify Data Source Connection Name:
   • Go to Admin Console -> Data -> Data Source.
   • Check the data source connection name.

     

2. Match Server Instances Address:
   • Navigate to Admin Console -> Services -> Server Instances.
   • Ensure the address name matches the data source connection name from the previous step.

     

By aligning these names, the 'In Memory DB Status' should display correctly.
