Is Embed license included in Standard or Enterprise license?

According to the help page of Embedding, a separate "Embed" license is needed to use this feature. I couldn't find any information about this license in the pricing page. Is it included in the Standard or Enterprise license?

    At the bottom of the Products page, there is this text:

    Call sales for volume discounts, OEM, Embedding, Bursting and other product options: Contact Sales

    You can ask for sales to get back to you as they are the ones to answer pricing questions.
