Tooltip: URL as Dircet-Link and not as a text

Dear Community, 

is it possible to insert a URL, which is reffering to another Doashbaord, into Tooltip as a direct link? It would scale up the UX to click on the URL directly and not to copy and paste the link manually.

    Hi  ,
    You can also even use a jump to url action for your dashboard directly from your presentation as another convenient alternative. This action will allow you to navigate directly to the target content instead of having to navigate to a tooltip before clicking on the link and then navigating to your dashboard.
