Line chart - multiple items, all one colour
Hi I've a bar chart which was multicoloured when new, i dragged the Geography item from Colour zone to Categories zone and the chart bars all became default blue which is just excellent.
But I've now made a time series line chart and again Geography has arrived in the Colour Zone.
I need them all to be a default single colour but my date field is already in Categories in order to make the time series chart. So when i drag geography to Categories the chart becomes a single line conjoining the time and geographies:
I suspect the answer is somewhere in a trellis option, but i cant figure it out. thanks!

Hi Adam,
For Vertical trellis, just move the Geography attribute Chip to the Vertical Trellis drop zone. You can then scale the charts to fit and make a common vertical scale and common X axis to make the charts fit better.
If you want them all on the same chart and the same colour (though I can't see then how you distinguish the different data series), you can create a Colour calculated measure and use that to colour the lines. Pyramid supports an RGB function so you can choose any RGB value to pick any colour you like:
Then use this measure in the colour drop zone, using the "Custom Colours" option:
If you upgrade to Pyramid 2020.10, just recently released, you can drop the Geography attribute into the new Shapes zone, but not turn on the Data Points, although in this instance, that would be a good idea to distinguish the lines:

Worked a treat thanks using the RGB option, so i understand better - the Fx is text but the RGB(X,X,X) format is recognised as colour values by Pyramid if dropped in the colour zone?

Correct. Make sure when you drop the RGB colour measure into the colour drop zone that you choose the "Custom Colors" option:
