Merci beaucoup.

Aurélie

    Quick DeepL Translation:

    Hello everyone,

I have to make a reporting based on this excel file.

On graphs, I have to display the number of CP days according to the number of days. I can't make a join because each time the number of days is doubled or tripled according to the number of lines. I wondered if I should make a calendar table and link it to my two tables but I don't know how to do it.

Can anyone help me? I have attached the excel file (transformed data) that I received.

    Thanks a lot.

    Aurélie

    Hi Sonia,

You need to use the Date Range source block in model to generate a Calendar table.

Drag it onto your Model Flow canvas with your excel source and choose the date range you need in the properties panel on the right. Here's an example:

Add Time Intelligence to generate all the days, weeks, months etc you might want to use in your analysis.

In your model, join the tables using the Date field as shown. Set the join type to Bi-Directional, as you may want to analyse by attributes in each table.

Process your model and you should be able to create the chart you need. I think this is what you want, but your description is not entirely clear.

    Hope that helps.
