Include Latest Analysis Services Client Libraries in the WCS role

Hi,

We have recently deployed a new multi server Pyramid 2020 solution. As a part of this, we installed the windows connector service on its own Windows Server 2019 Server. However, the client libraries for analysis services that were installed by the Pyramid installer were incredibly out of date and users we're experienced a lot of issues.

I hadn't checked them as it was a new deployment of Pyramid 2020.12.058.

    The MS drivers are v13. These are the most stable ones deployed to date. Later versions have known bugs.

      It was Pyramid support that recommended we update them, and have done a few times as a first step when we report an issue. With the new multi-server deployment we were having a lot of issues with analysis services. Specifically, enumeration errors, query timeouts and java pointer null reference exceptions. Dashboards were all but unusable.

      The support team may be able to provide information on the issues we were having.

      Since updating we have had minimal errors and dashboards and publications are working much faster.
