Why Becoming Data-Driven Is Harder Than It Looks

Hi everyone - here is a quick read why organizations struggle becoming data-driven:

What It Really Means to Be Data-Driven

My favorite quote in this article is "Culture Eats Data Strategy for Breakfast" - dealing with change is always a major challenge.

I'm curious to hear about the challenges you face within your respective organizations, and how you have overcome them.

Love that quote  —it’s so true! In my experience, the toughest part isn’t access to data, it’s building trust and confidence so people actually use it. Curious—where do you see the biggest hurdle: culture, process, or technology?

I agree with you both. Beyond just enabling data access, I believe building trust in the data and fostering confidence in the technology are the cultural pillars that define the success of any data analytics platform. Pyramid certainly delivers strongly on the confidence side, but establishing full trust in the underlying data continues to be one of the biggest challenges for most organizations.
