Discover - Viewer - Descriptions

Is it possible for users with the viewer license to see any of the metadata associated with Discover? I'd like the viewers to at least see the description text. We'd like to have documentation within the application for the viewers.

Which description? Also, look at the notes feature for Discover.

Avi Perez Thanks -- I was looking for the Description that you see when viewing metadata.

I'll look at the notes feature.

Are tool tips available when the viewer licensed user mouses over the discovery?

back to my original question - if one of my users has a viewer license, how does the developer expose information about discoveries for the viewer from the content explorer?
I'll have them populate notes within the discoveries. I'll also ask them to use tags to help the viewers find information. Using the Samples information from the demo database, the users would like to see any descriptive text associated with a discovery before opening it (exposing the Description metadata). Is this a new feature request?

The ability to see different content styles in the viewer is coming in the next version. From here you'll be able to see the description and other metadata. We'll also ensure the description is easier to see from the tile view.

You'll see this addressed in 2020.15, now released.
