Problems with Custom Maps
I've been creating some map reports and I have a postcode hierarchy consisting of Country, Area, District and Sector. When in the hierarchy, the shapes don't change as you drill down. Country and Area work fine, however when you drill to District or Sector levels, the shape doesn't refresh and you still have the shape which defined the previous level of the hierarchy. But again if you choose District and Sector just as a single attribute, they work fine. Pretty sure I'm not doing anything stupid within the cube creation because they work individually, just not within the hierarchy. Is this a bug?
Cheers

Hi
can you please attach the raw data? you can view it with the "show data grid" option
what are the attributes types in pyramid? you can see them by right click the attribute and them go to properties, we don't support Area, District or Sector and neither dose ms cubes which i assume you use

Hi Ben,
Pyramid does support area, district and sector shapes, as outlined in the pdf in this post
https://community.pyramidanalytics.com/t/k9b39k
As for MS cubes, they also support Area, District and Sector via making the attributes all postal codes. This topic it has been resolved by the dev team and will be fixed in the next release I believe - as per the email I received from Daniel last week
