Want a appropriate solution for error code RGE-1001.

From the last few days, I have randomly, unable to watch any of the online streaming videos, Actually, I used to watch videos through spectrum app error code rge-1001 is suggested to solve through a pop-up. can anyone have more information on how can I fix error code?

    Thanks for letting us know. Can you give us a few links to pages hosting video's that don't work.

    We'll need to see if the problem is on the hosting end (YouTube, Wistia), in the hosting page (Pyramid's issue) or connectivity on your end.
