Calculating a CLV measure

Has anyone calculated CLV on a 24 month contract period where there are customers who have been there longer than 24 months? Payments are monthly

I am trying to get the average CLV per customer. 

 

The data has been pulled into Pyramid Analytics as a aggregated table

    Hi Kate,

    Can you give an example of your data and the calculations you want to perform and how you want to present them ? Maybe some dummy data in excel or something.
