can we refresh chart or grid data automatically at run time?

I have created presentation to show chart and also created scheduler which updates the model every 5 min. I am not able to see the updated data on the presentation. But when i close presentation and reopen then its showing updated data. Is there any way to update presentation automatically at run time?

    make sure the "caching" is turned off in the Discover report.

    I have set Cache option to Disable Cache but still data is not refreshing automatically at run time.

    You can use runtime timer in presentation to update data periodically. 

    Or click re-run queries.
