create hierarchy without access to the model

This functionality is planned for Pyramid 2025.01, due end of June / beginning July.

It will be known as Report Specific Hierarchies. While these will behave like any other regular hierarchy in terms of drill down / expand etc., they will not be available of use in Formulate calculations.
