Publications not Appearing in Publication Feed

Let me preface this by saying this is likely operator error. 

I ran a scheduled publication that outputs several PDF publications. In the past when I would do this I would find them here:

 I can get them here: 

 But I want to be able to download them all at once rather than one at time. 

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

    What version are you on? Did you setup distributions correctly?

    To your first screenshot: This is the "Personal View" - are you the author of the publications? If so, you definitely should see them there. If you are not the author but you are an admin, switch to "Admin View" (fourth icon from the right) and check again...

    Regarding your second screenshot: As far as I “understand” your publication “Program Review UG (Batch),” it is designed so that a slicer divides your content into individual output PDF files on specific topics (business education, history, finance, etc.). So, this seems to be by design, you used the "Report Trigger" functionality.

    By using the "Page Trigger" functionality you could create another publication in which this slicer triggers pages instead of files. This would lead to one big document containing all specific topics as pages (or chapters).
