Blank Pages

We have a multipage publication that we print multiple times for different facilities. Not all are facilities have data on every page, so the page is blank. Is there a way to suppress a page that is blank when generating a publication?

    Hi Wayne,

    Yes there is. Take a look at Page Triggers in Publications. This allows you to test on values in a grid and then decide whether or not to print that page.

    In your case, you could check to see if the first line of the grid or the data cell from a grid is not null and then generate the page. If there is no data  in the query, then the page will not be generated.

    Also try the "IsEmptyQuery" function in the same way.
