❄️Day 16, 17, 18 of 18 Days of Year-End Community Celebration!

 Whew, what a year!
First, I want to thank everyone who participated in our 18 Days of Year-End Celebration here in the community. It’s been such a meaningful way to close out the year together. I’ve truly enjoyed learning from all of you — your reflections on growth, the challenges you’ve navigated, the insights you’ve gained, and the moments that inspired you both personally and professionally.

🎇 As we close out the year, let’s take a moment to look back — and look forward.

Before we step into a brand-new year together, this is a chance to pause, reflect, and reset. The end of the year always brings a mix of gratitude, lessons learned, and excitement for what’s ahead — and sharing those reflections can help inspire others in our community too.

Here are 3 questions to guide your introspection and your vision for the year ahead:

1️⃣ What is one thing you’re proud of from this past year — personally or professionally?
2️⃣ What is one lesson you’ll carry forward into the new year?
3️⃣ What is one goal or intention you’re setting for yourself in the year ahead?

Share as much or as little as you’d like — every answer helps spark connection and reminds us how much we’ve grown together.

Here’s to reflection, growth, and the goals we’ll achieve in the coming year. ✨

PS: Check your community inbox to find out if you've won anything from participating the past couple of weeks!

Over the last few years, I’ve realized how important it is to be intentional and protective of my energy. That’s meant becoming more aware of what drains me, what energizes me, and when I need to slow down. Time isn’t infinite, another year goes by in the blink of an eye, which makes how we choose to spend it incredibly precious.

I’m still figuring it out, but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made so far.

That’s something I definitely want to carry with me into this year and the years ahead.

I love the notion about living your life with intentionality Kelly, that's been the biggest one for me as well, especially this past year.  Our time and energy is too precious to not use it on anything other than what sets us in fire :)

1️⃣ What is one thing you’re proud of from this past year — personally or professionally?

2025 was a year full of significant changes...from moving back home to Kansas from Arizona...to joining Pyramid Analytics just to name a couple! I am proud of myself for handling so many changes in a graceful manner.

2️⃣ What is one lesson you’ll carry forward into the new year?

Continue to embrace change as it really is a key part of how we grow as individuals.

3️⃣ What is one goal or intention you’re setting for yourself in the year ahead?

Keep growing and maintain a healthy lifestyle while doing so!

1️⃣ What is one thing you’re proud of from this past year — personally or professionally?

While we have an amazing team and product here at Pyramid Analytics, I am most proud of our customers (and partners) and how they leverage the Pyramid platform to overcome challenges that they had.

2️⃣ What is one lesson you’ll carry forward into the new year?

Life is too short - don't sweat the small stuff and remember life is not a dress rehearsal and find time to do the things you love.

3️⃣ What is one goal or intention you’re setting for yourself in the year ahead?

To take my motorcycle to new places and discover new adventures!

I love these Chris, especially #2.  We only get one shot at life, it's too precious to waste it on trivial things!

Professionally, I am proud of helping bring people together through this community.  Personally, I'm proud of building my community here in Utah after leaving a place I had lived at for 28 years!

I'd like to keep living and doing things with intentionality.  Which also goes along with the intention that I would like to also live by this year - which is being more aware of what I am saying "yes" to so my choices are more aligned with things I truly value.
