Is there a way to apply Dynamic Masking (or something similar) to Measures?

My team and I would like to create a grid discovery for external users. We would like the values from certain Measures to be encrypted to external users, but we want outputs from formulas that use those measures to be visible.  We tried dynamic masking , but it seems to only be useable on Dimensions.  Any ideas?

If it helps at all, all the measures we want to hide are based in the same table.

if you are going to mask the measures, just leave them out of the grid. What good are they if they cannot be read? You can use a formula without including the measure visibly in the result.

The measures are left out of the grid, but we want the users to be able to make use of Pyramid's "Analyze Further" function and the measures are accessible in that screen.

    Hi

    This is not currently possible.

As you observe, Dynamic Masking works only with Dimension data.

Blocking access to the underlying Measure through Measure Security also will not work as the user needs access to that Measure in order to calculate the derived value.

If this is important to you, submit a feature request for masking Measures in the Product Ideas forum.

    Hope that helps.
