Is there a way to get the modelId for the /API3/dataSources/addRolesToModel API without using the Admin Console?

The /API3/dataSources/addRolesToModel API requires an itemId as an input parameter. To obtain the itemId, I currently need to navigate through the Admin Console by going to Source Manager > DataServer > Database > model, and then retrieve the "Model Id" from the General Tab. Is there an alternative method to obtain the modelId without accessing the Admin Console?
