Push Publications to an SFTP Site

Hi.  We have publications containing sensitive data, and data protection regulations prevent us from using email distribution.

Is there a way to push publications to an SFTP site?  

Using distribution webhooks is an HTTP solution and not an SFTP solution, as required by our clients.

As I understand it, there are Pyramid API's that would facilitate a pull of reports (and then subsequent pushing to an SFTP site is done externally of Pyramid), but this solution is complicated from a development and deployment point of view.  

We are looking for a solution that can be done within Pyramid by our report developers.
