Filtering Based off of Measures and Totaling

I have a report that needs to be built where two of the measures that I am looking at, cannot equal 0 when they are added together. I created a new column to total them so I only have to filter on one variable. I am able to do this and it works great, however, I also need to total some of my measures to look at specific counts and values when the rows with the two measures do not equal 0. I understand you may not total on filters, sorting, N-of-N, or elimination logic, however, there must be some sort of plausible workaround. I don't agree with the statement that there is no use in totaling over something that you filtered on. Thank you.

    Hi Kade,

As you have already identified, Pyramid does not support filtering across more than one attribute in conjunction with sub-totals on those same attributes.

Does it work for you to apply the filter only to ONE of the attributes in the report? In the example below, you will see that despite having more than one attribute in the report, only the inner attribute (Manufacturers in this case) has the filter applied to it.  When the filter is applied to only one of the attributes, then all combinations of totals and filters should be accepted.
