Conditional Formatting Not Working

I am encountering an issue with conditional formatting not applying to cells that use the INDEX(MATCH()) excel formula.  The formatting works correctly in Tabulate mode, but does not function within the embedded Presentation/Visualization Area mode.  Could you please assist me in resolving this?
