Actions > Jump to Content

Good morning! Working on adding a drill through to a discovery (on two different discoveries in the last week actually) and when I "jump to content item" and include context, it continually gives me NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION.  I havent run into this before. Is there a bug right now? Thanks!

    Hi Shannon,

    We'd need a lot more information to determine if this is an issue. We currently have no reports or open problems on this topic.

    If you are getting "not enough information" when you jump, maybe the context you are passing through results in no data being returned for the detail query because nothing satisfies the context being passed to the second query.

    Try running the target discover in the Jump action on its own, filtering on the context values that generates this message and see if any data is returned.

    If there is still  a problem, then please raise a support ticket.

    I worked with support on this. DATEPART was causing the error. They are aware of the bug.
