Color Formatting

Hi All,

I have  three goal  example 

sat% less  then 50 %  -  red color 

sat% >50 %  and  sat% < = 81%  - yellow 

sat % > 81 %  -  Green color 

Please  give me the steps

    Hi Ranga. ,

    You will need to create a KPI, in the last step of the KPI wizard, set the KPI band.   
    In order to create the KPI, go to the Formulation section and select to create a KPI. 

     

    Step 1: choose the required model,

    Step 2: select the KPI style (not mandatory).


    Step 3: Create the Formula.

     

    Step 4: 
    The KPI doesn't have a target, we will set it as 1 and in the next step use the Ratio between the actual value and the target value(1).

    Step 5:

     

      Step 6: 

     Execute and save the KPI and use it in a grid.

    Step 7:

    Set the KPI status in the color drop zone (drag it to the background zone in the "Color Icon")

    Drag the KPI value to the "Values" drop zone.

     Red, yellow and green are the default colors but if you want to change this, just right mouse click the KPI status >Advance>change the banding color.

    Thank you  so much  is there way to  create  kpi such way that  color  need to change on the present  quarter data based on the present  quarter  goal rest of the quarter data should not  change
