Availability of the Explore Server

Is or was the Explore server down this morning/at noon (CET)? I can't access it at the moment. I was able to demonstrate something to my colleagues from 10:30 a.m. to around 11:10 a.m., but after that I couldn't establish a connection.

I've had this problem several times in the last few days. Can you confirm this on your end, or should I look for the problem elsewhere?

    17:30 CET - for me it still does not work. Connection Timeout... 馃槓

    Problem fixed, it had something to do with my customer's VPN. Starting from this morning, the VPN obviously no longer loves the Explore Server, for whatever reason. Please excuse the inconvenience!

    I'm glad you found out what was causing it because I also checked on my end earlier.. In the future, it will also be good to email support@pyramidanalytics.com so we can investigate sooner. Thank you!
