Is the Job Spooler available in Viewer version?

Some of our users have been moved to Viewer licenses. They have reported not being able to find the Job Spooler icon now.

Is the Job Spooler functionality available in Viewer?

Hi Alicia,
reached out to our CSM Team and alex. scott was so kind to help me out with a public answer.

The Job Spooler is not part of the viewer license.

Content in Pyramid can still be exported with a viewer license but the users needs to go into the hamburger menu (top left)

Select the print option

The select the media to export to

If a user regularly wants to export the same content, then they can subscribe to it with a Viewer license. Details of how to do this are here: https://help.pyramidanalytics.com/Content/Root/MainClient/appShell/appTab/common%20interface/Subscriptions.htm?Highlight=subscribe
