Roles lost and KPI's not working after update to 2020

Has anyone else experienced the loss of their Role settings in the Admin console after updating to 2020?  

Did anyone lose (present, but not functional) their KPIs after updating to 2020?  Just wondering if we could have done something differently on the update that would have prevented these issues.

    I suggest you open a support case for the Pyramid support team regarding both issues.

    "Shapes/squares/balls KPI's from V5 will NOT be supported anymore, they will be converted to text gauge/percentage KPI."

    All KPIs were affected, regardless of type, we use all of them.  We rolled back to Pyramid 2018.
