Radius Search

Is there a way to include data based on a radius?  If so, how?  I'm specifically looking for a 20 miles radius around an address.  Thank you -

    Hi Barbra,

Yes, you can include data based on a radius. To do this, you need to create a Geo-Boundary column within your specific report using a Map Visual.
The attached video provides detailed instructions on how to perform this task and understand the output.
To calibrate the radius size, use the “km” reading at the center of the circle radius, (though it might be a bit hard to read).
Important to know, the resultant column can only be accessed within the report it was created, though once created, you can use it like any other column, such as adding it to filters.

    Thanks,

    Ez

    Hi Barbara,

I've been reminded of another method for doing this, which may be a little simpler, though it only works if you have a latitude and longitude for each of the locations you would like to filter.

    1. Create a new formula as follows, where the first two numbers are the latitude and longitude of the address you would like to calculate the distance from:

    2. From here you can include it into a Discovery and then treat it as any other measure.

    Thanks,

    Ez

EZ this seems even easier.  It might be a better option for me.  Thank you!
