Since I can’t pick just one… here are my two highlights:
1. Launching the Member Lounge in our Community — a space where we can connect beyond the product, celebrate wins, share success stories, spotlight user accomplishments, and grow together.
2. Hosting our first-ever in-person User Group in South Africa this past October! We heard inspiring customer stories and had an amazing time networking in a truly beautiful setting.

The South African User Group was definitely a highlight! (I may be biased)

Partnering with teams who started with a single dashboard and grew into full departments using governed models and embedded analytics to drive daily decisions. Seeing that shift in adoption is always rewarding.
It has been a great year working alongside our community and I’m excited for what’s ahead in 2026!

Mine is simple - Pyramid being the overall #1 ranked vendor in the Gartner Critical Capabilities for ABI Platforms for the 3rd straight year!

It was all the Customer and Partner engagements for me - a lot of highlights , throughout the year!

What really stood out for me was the incredible engagement at our booths and standing-room-only speaking sessions at strategic events like Gartner D&A (Orlando & London), Big Data London, and Data Decoded!

We have just about finished onboarding 300 new users to Pyramid with another view 100 Licences on order. Its been a busy year migrating from our old tool but has absolutely been worth it. Many thanks to the Pyramid team and our Hopton Analytics partners for helping us get over the line!

Joining Pyramid back in the fall and presenting on the Virtual User Group Meeting for Europe where I got the opportunity to speak about the Pyramid Chatbot, LLMs & our Semantic Layer!
