Pattern for expected behaviour (general Q)

As I am getting acclimated to using Pyramid, one of the things I'm struggling with is the expected behaviour.  Specifically, I have a line chart with two lines. I want to add a different shape to the data points on each line. I have been able to do this before.  This time, though, I'm unable to.

Here are the steps I've taken:

1. Navigate to the Formatting Panel.

2. Select Shapes

3. Check the box to make Shapes active.

4. In the dropdown menu, I could select Default which would allow me to select the desired shape.

5. Select the dimension's values in the drop down (in this case OHT1).  In this case, it's only allowing me to choose between filled/semi-filled/empty (same for other values) and not allowing me to select a different shape, whereas I was expecting to be able to select a different shape for each office.

So why isn't working as I expected?  I know a lot of aspects may be context-sensitive, but I was wondering if there was a pattern to when to expect various behaviors.

    Hi  ,

In order to do this you need to add the measures to the shapes:

    or simply drag and drop:

Thanks Moshe! I think I was tripped up because I could change the shape and the drop down for the individual dimension values weren't grayed out.  I appreciate the help!
