Needs the tooltip feature in other dimension rather than only in Measure values.
Hello,
Can we have the feature request about the tooltip in other dimension rather than only in measure values? Currently it does appear only in Measure values and did find any scope to have it in other dimension attributed.

Thank you for your comment.For your info: Generally saying, the tooltip should be applicable in all dimensions rather than just on Measure values.
I mean, if we are placing the cursor on Legal/Management/Hub dimension then that should be functional, if you can focus on my previous screen, there is no scope to set it on other fields. Hope, this makes you more clarifications..

Dimensions are present in every data cell of a query - whether you can see them or not. The only independent element in any given cell is the measure. And this too can be obfuscated, when using a calculation to drive a data cell that uses 2 or more measures.
The only use cases, therefore, for your suggestion, is to cover these 2 possibilities:
- 1. offer visual tool-tips on the axes or dimension members themselves, not the data cells of the query.
- 2. offer visual tool-tips that only show up if a dimensional selection is NOT in the query at all.
#1, as an idea, has some merit. #2 has far less.
Regardless, you should submit a product idea in the product suggestions forum, not here.
