Subscriptions via SMS

Yes, you can enable SMS subscriptions by configuring our Twilio integration. Twilio is a cloud communications platform that allows you to send and receive text messages programmatically.

The administrator of your platform will be able to enable and configure this. The setup of this is explained here .

Once this has been configured within the platform, the option to distribute alerts or subscriptions to SMS will be available.

This is shown within our Help Phone Distribution .

Note:  The distribution of SMS messages is by user account; the phone number to distribute the SMS message comes from the phone number assigned to the Pyramid user by the administrator.
