Analyze Further is Not Working with Custom Visual Interaction
Hello Pyramid Support Team,
I have developed a custom visual and configured an interaction from the custom visual to an inbuilt discovery. However, when I use the Analyze Further runtime option on the inbuilt discovery, it does not open in a full-screen window and instead throws the following error:
Request Error – Server Error Occurred (Error Number: 1001).
I suspect that the `inject` method might be interfering with the Analyze Further functionality.
I verified the following scenarios:
-When an interaction is configured from the custom visual to the inbuilt discovery, Analyze Further throws the error.
- When the interaction is removed, Analyze Further works as expected.
- Other discovery interactions and runtime settings are working correctly. The issue occurs only with the custom visual interaction.

Is this happening in every custom visual or in a specific one? can you please confirm?
Also please add the PIE file with the Custom Visual. We'll try to help

Hi Moshe Yossef,
I tested the Analyze Further functionality using a Marketplace plugin (Heatgrid), and it is working as expected without any issues.
However, when I test the same functionality with my custom Org Tree plugin, Analyze Further is not working correctly and is also throwing an error.
While investigating the issue, I noticed one key difference: the Marketplace plugin does not use the
Injectmethod, whereas my Org Tree custom visual uses it to apply filters. The
Injectmethod is provided by Pyramid, but it appears to be causing compatibility issues with the Analyze Further functionality.I am sharing the
.piefile for your reference, along with the documentation link for theInjectmethod:Inject Method – Pyramid Custom Visual API
Could you please investigate this and let me know whether the
Injectmethod has any known limitations or compatibility issues with Analyze Further? Please let me know if you need any additional information or details from my side.
Best regards,
Rami Reddy
