MTD YTD QTD manual functions

Hello community,

I am aware of the pre-built MTD/QTD/YTD function using Time intelligence date hierarchy as filter. However, for the purpose of my dashboard, I want to compute sales and other measures at MTD, QTD, YTD levels manually. I have 4 columns in my model namely date, quarter, month and year. (each having date number, quarter number, month number and year number respectively). How can I compute sales and other metrics at the 3 To-Date levels using these 4 columns? Can I have a slicer / parameter to switch between these 3 to-date levels?

Requesting for help on this. I thank you in advance. Please let me know if the ask needs more clarification.

    Hi 

    I am not sure I understand what you want to achieve.

    What will the user select (a switch button and what else?) and what do you want them to see on the discover?
