Sub Total Color Formatting - to be exported in Excel

Hi Team,

Need your help on getting color formatting on sub totals and same to be exported with color to the excel.

Please guide how we can achieve the same. Using themes , we have achieved to export the color for column headers in excel , but we are stuck with sub totals color formatting  or if not to highlight the sub total as bold in the export or print which can seen in the attachment in publication auto mailer.

Regards,

Aaron Y

    Hi Ian,

Is there a way to highlight them separately / bold in export?

Can you help as it is crucial for our delivery?

    Hi

If you take your formatted Discovery and use it to populate a Tabulate sheet, then export that as an Excel file, it will preserve the subtotal formatting. That's one option.

You could also build whatever spreadsheet you like and populate it through the oData link from any Pyramid Discover and go to town on formatting directly  in Excel.

You can submit a feature request through the Product Ideas Forum and see if other customers want the same thing by them voting for it. However, expanding the support for exporting detailed formatting from Pyramid to Excel is not on our Roadmap. Simply because there is never an end to what people would want.

    Hope that helps.

    Ian
