    Hi Amy,
I think I would need an explanation what you would like to achieve with a blank column in a report.
If you would be looking for a full Spreadsheet experience, may be our Tabulate Module could be closer?
To 'play' with this functionality you could also use the Explore.Pyramid Server.
    Looking forward to your answer

    Hi

I believe that   has already mentioned this - are you using Tabulate for the report you are trying to build?

Because you have mentioned Excel I get the feeling that you might be, and the ability to insert, remove or hide columns or rows is available when you right click on the column or row required.  I've included an image below to show this in case it might be helpful.

If you aren't using Tabulate, could you give some further information about what you are using and aiming to achieve? I'd be happy to try and assist.

    Hi All,

I work in the retail section so am building reports for teams to run, for example, sales for the previous season. Then add in information as they report. Please see below screenshot.

It would be great if I could simply add in a blank column, so teams could run the report in Pyramid, and be able to edit once in excel rather than having to manipulate in excel every time. For example see their consumer sales for the previous period then add in their planned sales in the blank column. I hope that makes sense.

    Thanks.

    Hi Amy,

Simply create a new Measure that does not contain any values, in my case I'm calling it 'Blank':

Then place it in your grid where you need the empty column:

    Hope that helps.
