Users can access Pyramid on a mobile device in one of two ways, via the mobile browser or the Pyramid mobile app.  The mobile app is available in the iTunes and Google Play stores.  See the help file for more information (LINK).

In order to connect to Pyramid via a mobile device, that device must have access to the Pyramid server.  If the server has been installed in AWS or Azure, you may be able to access it directly assuming it has a public-facing IP.  If the server is installed on your company network, you must contact your Network Administrators on how to access company resources.  This typically requires some sort of VPN access or special software.

Mobile access is included in most Pyramid installs except the Community Edition.  Your Pyramid administrator will need to turn the feature on in order for you to access it.
