Using a pie graph as a 'link' to open a chart
I'm looking to insert a 'clickable' pie chart into a presentation. Ideally, when the viewer clicks on the chart, a separate window would open displaying both the pie chart and the corresponding data table. However, I don't want the table visible within the main presentation slide itself.
I've considered using the mini-tabs tool for this, but I'm not entirely satisfied with its appearance. Are there any alternative solutions that might achieve a cleaner or more polished look?

Hi
Create a new presentation called, say, pop up which contains one slide showing the pie chart and the grid:
On your original presentation, draw a rectangle shape over the pie chart you want users to click on. Make the fill transparent and with no border (stroke). Select it, right click and choose Actions.
Select the Action type "Jump to Content". Select the presentation you built called "pop up" from the content drop down. Choose "Pop up" from the "Open in" drop down.
At run time, when the user moves the mouse over the pie chart, it will become a pointing finger. Left clicking on the chart will pop up the slide that contains the pie chart and the grid.
Hope that helps.
