Dashboard Gallery: Service Management

This Dashboard condenses a lot of information in one single page. Ideal e.g. for a Manager overseeing operations wo needs quick visible cues and then act and/or dives into more detailled reports off the Dashboard. A Dashboard like this can also act as an information panel on a big screen e.g. hanging central in a call center to give agents an overview about real live performance.

Service Mangement Dashboard 

This Dashboard can be filtered by Severity, Time and Product on the Top Band of the Display.

In the Center we display four key metrics in a grid.

  • Number of Service Calls (the down arrow indication the trend)
  • Number of Customers active
  • Gauge showing the percentage of late responses and
  • The number of Machines affected

Additionally you can see a Bubble Chart showing Service Calls by Issue Types and Percentage of late Responces (no the hidden second tab) By clicking on one of the Bubbles you can use the Pyramid Engine to 'explain' the factor contributing to the result.

On the Left:

A combined Bar and Line Chart shows the number of calls and percentage of over due responses incl. a 3 Month Forecast. Below we see a Scatterplot of Call Outs/ NUmber of custmers.

On the Right:

One Vertical Bar Chart gives the number of Calls per Engineer and Percentage of Late Responses.

This Dashboard is a perfect launch pad for further investigations into the reasons of late responses and the underlying causes.
