Hiding a Column
Hi,
Trying to build a simple report. Are you able to simply hide a column in Pyramid like you would an excel document?
For example - Where some columns pull through blank i'd like to simply hide.

Hi Amy,
if I understand your Question correct, it would look something like this. I built a quick report on Explore.Pyramid
As you can see the first column shows three rows with no values. If I now 'focus' with a right click just on these first three values, so force Pyramid to bring back an empty row. It would not display this column, although it is still in the original report.
To actively show this 'empty' column you would switch it on in the Query Tab and click 'Show Empties'
Hope this answered the question

Hello,
Thankyou for your reply. I'm unsure this answers my question, please see below screenshot. In this case I simple want to hide the column % Total Consumer Sales Inc Vat vs LY% - However just this column. Which you are unable to do without hiding all vs LY% columns it seems. This is the case when we want to hide any % column.
Thanks

Hi Amy
Are you able to access the Eliminations wizard from the Query tab?
If you click on this icon, it will open a panel below the canvas where you can select items to eliminate.
Please excuse this example - it is a simple training document - but hopefully you will get the idea.
By clicking on the + symbol for elimination targets it will show the chips for measures and values available which you can select as required and then use the Hierarchy information that appears to select elements.
In this case I have selected to eliminate Accesories for Q2 2020. Click Apply to apply your selections to the discovery.
Is this any help?
