Measure Waterfall chart operational in version 2020

Hello all, I'm working in version 2020 and I am struggling to get the custom visual measure waterfall chart to behave. Is there a bug within this object. I am smoothly able to build a measure waterfall in version 2023.

    Which version of 2020 are you currently working with, and what issue are you facing trying to generate a Waterfall chart.
