How To Accelerate AI Adoption

I stumbled upon this article from McKinsey and Company on how companies accelerate AI adoption, in which they discussed the four practices/mindsets that drive adoption.  Here is a summary of what these practices are...

I’m curious—does your leadership style (or your organization’s approach) reflect any of these mindsets or practices? What’s working well, and where are the gaps? If you're using different strategies to drive AI adoption, we’d love to hear about those too. After all, the goal is to learn from each other and grow together.

       - Here are a few ways that we are leveraging AI internally at Pyramid when AI is built into the tools that we leverage every day.

      • Sales teams use AI driven tools to surface relevant customer insights and forecast performance
      • Automate documentation and internal knowledge base creation
      • Triage and classify customer support tickets and overall customer health

That sounds great Brian!  I especially like the first 2 points as I think back how I did things back then in sales -- the good 'ol note taking but now with tools like Gong, as simple as one might think it is, you get so much more valuable information.  It allows you to really focus on the conversation in of itself and engaging with the customer and prospect while leaving it up to the tool to do all the hard work to capture everything else you might have missed :)
