Currently, you cannot open a presentation url in the mobile app.

If you would like to run a presentation, you will need to open it from within the app.

My apologies, I was under the impression you are using BI Office rather than Pyramid 2018. However, after reading your question again, I can see you are referring to Pyramid 2018.

In this case, when using the Copy Link option, the link is based on the URL that you are logged in with.

In case you are working on the machine where Pyramid is installed on and using the Desktop Application to log into the application, then the URL is localhost by default. This means that when creating a link for a presentation, the link will contain localhost.

To get a link to work on a mobile device (which is connected to the same network) you will need to have the server name in the URL instead of localhost.

There are three options to achieve this:

First option - Updating the link manually:
Manually replacing "localhost" in the link with the hostname of the server Pyramid 2018 is installed on.

Second option - Changing the the URL the Desktop Application is using to log into Pyramid 2018:
When logging into the Pyramid 2018 using the Desktop Application, change the URL from localhost to the machine name:
 
If you don't get to the login page when opening the Desktop Application but instead being logged in automatically, you will need to clear the User Data.
To do this, right click the top bar, select Pyramid Settings and click on the Clear button.
 

Third option - Changing the default URL that the Desktop Application uses to log into Pyramid 2018:
This can be done by editing the Desktop Application configuration file called pyramid.exe.config which is located in C:\Program Files\Pyramid 2018\desktop.
 You will need to open this file with a text editor and update the startPage tag to replace localhost with the machine name.
